Article 2 – Consumer Legal Capacity
The consumer acknowledges that he or she possesses the full legal capacity, both religiously and statutorily, to transact with the store, and that their age is not less than eighteen (18) years.
In the event of a breach of this article, the consumer shall bear all legal consequences before third parties.

Article 3 – Nature of the Store’s Commitment
The store undertakes to provide the consumer with the product or service as described in the order.

Article 4 – Usage Regulations
The consumer agrees to use the platform in accordance with public morals and the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

3.Recognize that any use of the account by another person constitutes authorization from the consumer.
4.Use the platform in a serious and honest manner.
5.Provide accurate, updated, and complete information and update it when necessary.

7.Understand that if false or misleading information is provided, the store has the right to suspend or terminate the account without prejudice to its rights.

•Both parties shall act in accordance with Islamic principles and Saudi regulations.
•This agreement may only be terminated by an official decision of the store’s management.
