Shipping Costs
- In cases where the customer requests an exchange for personal reasons — such as a change of mind, color, or scent — and the store approves the request, the customer shall bear the full shipping costs for both delivery and return.
- The customer must also ensure that the product remains in its original condition, unused, and properly packaged.
- However, if the reason for exchange or return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error in the order caused by the store, Auqhuwan Taibah shall bear all related shipping costs in full.
